All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, with metro cities typically receiving deliveries within 3–5 business days, while non-metro locations may take 5–7 business days or longer depending on courier service availability.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout. From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping on selected orders or during special campaigns.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, logistics issues, strikes, or governmental restrictions. In such cases, we shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order. Luvayaa Dermaceuticals shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or tampered package, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with relevant proof such as images or videos. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

Currently, we ship only within India unless otherwise specified on the website.
