Refund policy
At Luvayaa Dermaceuticals, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of hygiene and product integrity. Orders once placed on our website can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not already been processed or shipped.
We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting us via email and providing relevant details along with supporting images or videos.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery, unless there is a manufacturing defect. All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 3–5 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically ranging from 5–7 business days.
In cases of failed transactions, duplicate payments, or technical errors during payment, the amount will be automatically refunded as per the policies of the payment gateway and banking institutions.
Luvayaa Dermaceuticals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
